The Skills4ADC+ Learning Platform will support the delivery of the project’s upskilling and reskilling activities for the aerospace and defence sectors. It will provide access to the modular training programmes developed within the project, contributing to future-oriented skills development and lifelong learning.
The platform will host the training programmes developed by the Skills4ADC+ consortium to address emerging skills needs in the aerospace and defence sectors. The courses are designed around modular learning pathways and will support flexible learning approaches, including the implementation of micro-credentials, in line with the project’s objectives. Training content is developed in collaboration with industry, education and training providers, and other members of the Pact for Skills ecosystem to support workforce upskilling, reskilling and cross-sector mobility.
