On 21 October 2026, Skills4ADC+ will host a Policy Roundtable & Workshop in Brussels, bringing together European policymakers, social partners and industry representatives to discuss the transformation of Europe’s defence sector and its implications for workers’ jobs and skills.
The event will explore concrete company experiences from Rheinmetall and MBDA, as well as skills needs emerging from the sector’s transformation and lessons from the European Skills Guarantee pilot. The meeting will take place at the MAI Meeting Centre and will provide simultaneous interpretation in English, French, German and Polish.
